New Build Residential Housing

OSREND carried out the dry lining and plastering works on this new build residential scheme by the development arm of Croydon Council, Brick-by-Brick. The scheme provided 15 new build apartments and 15 new build houses across several separate blocks. 

The apartments were in a 4-storey RC frame building, with Metsec Framing and insulation, and the houses on the project were timber frame construction. 

The project required substantial organisation and management, as well as resources and labour, to ensure programs were met and targets were hit.
