High End Residential Refurbishment

 

 

OSREND carried out the plastering, screeding, dry-lining and rendering packages on this high-end residential refurbishment.

The project included extensive structural works such as a rear extension, basement dig out, and loft conversion. 

This tight city centre location brought with it logistical and organisational challenges to overcome in order to ensure the project was completed on time and to the highest quality and standard.
