Owner / Managing Director
Raymond O'Sullivan
Raymond began his professional career in Ireland, learning to specialise in plastering, dry lining and rendering. Upon moving to the UK in 2000 he worked on several high-profile developments such as Canary Wharf Towers, The Savoy Apartments and The Royal Albert Hall, before founding OSREND in 2006.
The company quickly established a reputation for high quality workmanship and attention to detail, working on The Shard, Walkie-Talkie building and numerous other residential and commercial fit outs, and developing a sense of appreciation for the fine finishes required in high-end construction for which they are renowned for today.
Contracts Manager
Neil Brandle
Neil joined the team in 2019 with 20+ years’ experience in the construction industry with Tier 1 Contractors and various commercial fit out construction companies. His vast knowledge and experience of ceilings and partitions was gained by years of working on site on projects such as The Shard, Heron Tower, MI6 and Tower 42 to name a few. Neil progressed into senior management due to his clear understanding of client requirements and working closely with them from early stage planning, right through to project completion.
Neil’s main interests outside of work are his family, Scouts, classic cars and his beloved Tottenham – COYS!!
Commercial Manager
Sam Knapp
Sam joined the team in 2019 and is an experienced Senior Commercial Manager & Quantity Surveyor, with an extensive career working across various sectors in the construction industry, including Tier 1 contractors Mace/Como.
Highly proficient in all aspects of Commercial & Contract Management, with 15 years’ experience in the UK and 11 years’ experience in NZ/Australia.
Sam has a keen interest in sports, playing music and is an enthusiastic golfer.
Business Development & Estimating
Mark PicoZZi
Our most recent team member, Mark joined in 2020 with 25+ years experience in the construction industry with an extensive background working with various commercial fit out contractors. With a strong eye for detail, Mark has a comprehensive understanding of partitions and ceilings which he has acquired by years of estimating both commercial and residential projects, and a full understanding of all Pre-Construction elements leading to the handover of a project to the Construction Team.
Logistics Manager
Ionel OPRea
Ionel has been a member of the OSREND team since 2014 when he started off as a labourer. His commitment and work ethic meant he quickly became central to company operations. Ionel organises and helps ensure sites are set up and ready for our fixers and plasterers to turn up and do what they do best.
Ionel is SMSTS, First Aid and PASMA trained.
