OSREND were chosen to carry out the dry lining and plastering works on this high-end residential project.

The existing property was completely stripped out and extended extensively, including a new underground ‘bunker’ containing a full size 2 lane bowling alley, IMAX cinema, gymnasium, bar and entertainment area. The staircases were finished in ‘Marmorino’ polished plaster.

This exceptional, high end residence is typical of the type of project OSREND consider to be their speciality.
