New Build Residential Housing 

 

OSREND were the chosen contractor for the dry lining and plastering works on this new build residential scheme by the development arm of Croydon Council, Brick-by-Brick.

 

The scheme provided 58 new apartments over five separate blocks. The project required substantial organisation and management, as well as resources and labour, to ensure programs were met and targets were hit.
