New Build Commercial Fit Out

OSREND worked alongside Division-1 to deliver this beautifully designed and high-profile project at the Shard.

The end client, TOG (The Office Group), provide co-working space and private short-term offices over level 24 and 25 at the most iconic of London buildings. 

Carrying out the plastering on this project proved to be a challenge as heat from the summer sun through the glass raised temperatures on site to +30c and accelerated the setting time. We had to make some adjustments to our usual practice to ensure the finish product lived up to expectations for such an iconic building.
